Career Pathways programs and services:

  • prepare the emerging workforce for skilled employment in targeted industry sectors;
  • integrate academic and technical subjects;
  • promote continuing education;
  • transition learners from one educational level to the next;
  • combine workforce training and credit courses;
  • lead to industry-recognized credentials; and
  • lead to college-level credentials such as certificates or AAS degrees.

Local School District Partners

Seamless curriculum programs are developed in cooperation with the local high schools and technical centers in the school divisions of Accomack and Northampton counties. Some classes are available as dual enrollment to high school students who qualify.
