Eastern Shore Community College celebrated departing President Dr. Linda Thomas-Glover on Friday, January 19th at a community send-off at Workforce Development Services.  ESCC Board Chairman Jeff Holland was joined by ESCC Foundation President Roberta Newman, in presenting special acknowledgements for Glover’s years of service to the college and the Eastern Shore.  Dr. Glover’s faculty and staff all had the opportunity to speak to the crowd about her contributions to ESCC.
The well attended event saw community leaders, friends, and associates all wish Dr. Glover the best in her future endeavors.  Incoming interim President, Dr. Billy Greer was in attendance, and also addressed the crowd.  Dr. Greer officially began his tenure on Monday, January 22nd.
