Eastern Shore Community College announces the hiring of Brian Scott Hall as the Business Development Coordinator for Workforce and Economic Development.  Hall has 23 years of experience of economic and workforce development.  Over his years in the field, Hall has developed a broad understanding of the economic development profession both locally, statewide, nationally and internationally. 

Hall brings years of economic development experience working in Hampton Roads, and possesses important local knowledge of the region and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He also has extensive relationships with local and statewide board partners including Hampton Roads Economic Development Alliance, Opportunity Inc, Virginia Jobs Investment Partnership, and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.

ESCC President Dr. Jim Shaeffer commented that “the college is extremely excited and fortunate to have access to a candidate with Scott’s knowledge and talents.  We also look forward to having him on campus and to the imminent growth he can provide to our Workforce Development programs and initiatives.”
