Dr. Joan Lingen is currently the Chief Medical Office of Eastern Shore Rural Health System, Inc. She attended the Chicago Medical School on a U.S. Navy Health Professions Scholarship and completed a residency in obstetrics/gynecology at the Naval Hospital in San Diego.
In addition to experience in military medicine, she has worked in a private OB/GYN practice, in a large managed care organization, in occupational/industrial medical centers and, most recently, in community health centers. She is willing to share her in-depth knowledge of all aspects of health care delivery with interested students.
