LRC Hours of Operation

  • Monday through Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm (Summer Hours)

The Eastern Shore Community College LRC advances the mission of Eastern Shore Community College by supporting the teaching, learning, and research needs of ESCC students and faculty. We offer a dynamic, state-of-the-art teaching library that enhances student learning wherever programs or courses are located and however they are delivered. As an essential service for the college, the LRC provides excellence and innovation in resources and 21st century technologies to empower our college community to be lifelong learners and effective users of information.

Our highly qualified and dedicated staff is itself a resource to support you. If you need help getting started with research, we can assist you in locating relevant and appropriate print and online resources. We can also assist you with using technology to complete your coursework or other personal projects and teach you valuable digital and information literacy skills that will empower you to achieve your educational and professional goals. Meet the Staff

Tabitha Driver, MLS

Tabitha holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Clearwater Christian College and a Master’s degree in Library Science from Old Dominion University. Prior to working as the Learning Resource Center Lead, she was both a middle school English teacher and an elementary school librarian. She enjoys helping students develop their essay outlines, check their citations and find additional research resources.

Todd Clayton, AS

Todd earned an Associate’s Degree in Science and General Studies at the Eastern Shore Community College in 1987. After working in the residential construction industry for four years, he then was employed in the home health care industry for 21 years (American HomePatient of Delmarva). He has experience as a service technician, custom wheelchair/adaptive seating technician, warehouse manager, and as a customer service representative. He brings his experience of marketing and product education to the Learning Resource Center.

Jamie Davis

Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and an Associate’s in Business Management from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. During the day, he works in a local family-run business, researching the history of collectible signs and advertising. He has experience in small business, automotive repair, event planning, and marketing. His hobbies include spending time with his son, doing various automotive pursuits, and attending rock concerts.
