    What if I open and/or remove the plastic a book is sealed in?

    Any book that is sold to you sealed in plastic wrapping cannot be returned for a refund unless the plastic is sealed. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

    What can I do with a misprinted or irregular textbook?

    What do I need to send to the bookstore for a refund?

    The purchased item in its original condition, and the original register receipt. The Bookstore Manager will determine if a refund is in order. Refund checks will be issued after the add/drop period.

    Yes, depending on the method of payment and when the item was purchased.
