Job Duties:
Greet customers & smile. Check guests in and out of the Inn rooms & houses. Communicate with guests face to face, over the phone, through email and with our texting app. Take reservations & log information into online booking system.
Sell and reserve boat excursions. Sell retail items in our gift shop. Keep shared office space clean & help with housekeeping when needed. Must be dependable, organized, friendly, honest, outgoing, detail oriented, and have good communication skills. Customer service experience would be great too.
We are open 7 days a week & weekends are our busiest times. We will try to work with you on scheduling to accommodate other commitments, but we ask that you be available & willing to work weekends, especially during the spring, summer & fall.
