HR, Compliance & Control Administrator at C&E Farms
C&E Family Farms, LLC., has an immediate need for a Human Resources Compliance and Control Administrator. This position reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with other staff and customers daily. Duties will be performed in the following areas: Records maintenance, logistics, service writing, facilitate new employee orientation / paperwork, food safety, order supplies / services, coordinate company lodging, maintain contact lists, publish planting schedules, answer incoming phone calls, office cleaning, cash sales, maintain appointment calendars, and other duties assigned as needed.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate / monitor lodging reservations for company personnel
- Maintain contact lists
- Maintain appointment calendar; record appointments of key personnel
- File maintenance
- Facilitate /coordinate hiring new drivers / orientation
- Maintain employee personnel files / driver files
- Facilitate the completion and verification of new hire employee paperwork; enter employee data into E Verify, and monitor compliancy
- Service writing for maintenance work orders
- Maintain equipment files
- Maintain food safety / grower files; assist with audits
- Complete planting schedules; provide copies to key personnel
- Order supplies, services, and equipment
- Verify / monitor inventory
- Publish policies, memorandums and reports
- Manage / maintain equipment lists; monitor for inspection compliance
- Monitor / maintain safety compliance; worker’s compensation cases; unemployment claims
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of Human Resource experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to publish written policies, correspondence and memorandums
- Ability to work with limited supervision, self-motivated
- Must be PC literate; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); facilitation and creation of Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of organization
- Attention to detail
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Ability to inter-act across departments
- Team player, integrity, strong leadership skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment
