IT Help Desk

Eastern Shore Community College’s Information Technology Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. On Mondays and Tuesdays, help is available until 7 p.m.

Before you contact the Help Desk, please be sure that you have checked the list of our Frequently Asked Questions.  Many of our most common questions are already answered there and you can easily find what you need faster than contacting the help desk.

If you are having technical problems and need on-site assistance, call us during our normal hours. If you are unable to get live help, leave a voice mail or send an email to IT Help Desk.  Our Help Desk staff will contact you as soon as possible on the next business day.
