Making an Online Payment for Classes

For your convenience you may pay online for class tuition and fees. Go to the ESCC website at es.vccs.edu. Login to MyESCC – Click on SIS >My Student Information. Under the Finances section make sure the User Preference is showing as ESCC. Then click on the Make A Payment link. This will take you to the Nelnet Campus Commerce website. If this is your first time on this site it will ask that you Create an Account. Information required is basic and when finished just click on Submit at the bottom. It will then ask that you Create a Four Digit PIN. Once completed just follow the user-friendly prompts. You can pay online, add an authorized party to help pay for your tuition, or view your transaction history.
Tuition Payment Plan Information
To assist you with your educational expenses, Eastern Shore Community College is pleased to provide the Nelnet Payment Plan. For a non-refundable fee, Nelnet Campus Commerce allows you to pay your tuition in monthly, interest-free payments. The earlier you enroll, the more payment options you have. You may enroll by logging into MyESCC.- Click on SIS>My Student Information. Under the Finance section make sure the User Preference is showing as ESCC. Click on Apply for Payment Plan link on the left under My Account. Visit https://mycollegepaymentplan.com/es/ or see below for currently available payment plan details and deadlines.

All down payments and enrollment fees are processed immediately! If the down payment/enrollment fee payment fails, the plan will be terminated.

Cost to Participate
- $30-$45 nonrefundable enrollment fee, depending on plan chosen
- $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee, if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to es.vccs.edu
- Log on to MyESCC and click on SIS
- Click on the My Student Information Tile
- Under Finances, click on Apply For Payment Plan
Important Notes
- ESCC does not generate bills or mail/email invoices for tuition and fees. You should log into your student account (SIS) for information about the tuition and fees you owe.
- It is your responsibility to pay for the classes in which you enroll or to put other payment arrangements in place (examples: Nelnet payment plan, Third Party Billing, Veterans Benefits, financial aid, or VA 529) by the posted payment deadlines.
- If your anticipated financial aid, third-party contract, or payment plan is not sufficient to pay all tuition and fee charges, you must pay the difference by the payment deadline, or you will be dropped from unpaid classes.
- If you decide NOT to attend or stop attending class, you are responsible for going into your MyESCC account in SIS and dropping that class before the last day to drop with a refund date to ensure no debt is incurred. Refer to the appropriate semester’s Academic Calendar , which lists drop dates by class session.
- If you fail to drop a class before the tuition refund deadline date, you will be charged for the class.
Student Tuition Statement 1098-T
For tax filing purposes, ESCC will provide a 1098-T statement to students who paid tuition and/or fees out of pocket within the calendar year, January 1st through December 31st. The 1098-T statement will be mailed to the mailing address listed in SIS no later than January 31st each year. To verify your mailing address, log into your MyESCC account. Students can also access their 1098-T statement on the Maximus Website using their EMPLID or Social Security Number. The forms will be available online at the Maximus site after January 31st of each year.
