Facilities Supervisor

Provide strategic leadership and coordination for implementing a college-wide facilities maintenance management program. Direct Facilities operations and future planning/development of College facilities. Establish procedures for maintenance, repair and/or replacement of College facilities, grounds, systems, and equipment. Provide management and oversight of development, implementation, and management of College operations for building and grounds, custodial/janitorial, and environmental health and safety.

Position reports to and receives general direction from the VP of Finance and Administration and works closely with college leadership in all aspects of facilities and grounds.

Position is considered “essential personnel” and may be required to work during an emergency or other times when the college/campus is closed for inclement weather and facilities infrastructure issues (HVAC, electrical, plumbing/water, etc.)

Police Officer

This position will assist in the responsibility of leading the college’s Police and Security Department in support of the mission of ESCC. Assist in the plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and direct the specific functions and services of college safety and security, including operating policies, procedures, and methods. Assist in developing and modifying all services, plans, and procedures related to College security, environment health and safety, and emergency preparedness to meet all state and federal regulatory requirements. Perform activities related to ESCC Health & Safety committee. Respond to the safety and security needs of a diverse population of faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Protect life and property and enforce laws of the Commonwealth, as well as the rules and regulations of the College within the appropriate jurisdictional confines. Serve the community by providing professional and efficient community oriented policing services.

Welding Adjunct

Adjunct faculty members are responsible for effectively planning and teaching courses in a classroom environment to students with a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences. All faculty members must be skilled in oral and written communications and must be able to work cooperatively with other staff members.

The intention of this posting is to collect applications for current and future appointments.

Workforce Services is looking for an adjunct to teach a series of hospitality-related credentials leading to the AHLEI Certified Hospitality Manager certification. Work experience in lodging and/or food service management needed. 

Workforce Adjuncts are also being sought for: Apprentice Medical Scribe, EKG Technology and Nurse Aide.
