Star Transit Bus Service
The College provides free or reduced-fare bus transportation to the College on fixed routes provided by Star Transit except for the Green (on-demand) route; students must pay half the fare on the Green (demand) route.
In order to be eligible to receive this service, students must present an ESCC student identification card to the Star Transit driver which has been validated for the current semester. The bus system serves the College Monday through Friday during daytime hours. A bus schedule is available at mystartransit.org

Educational Toll Fund
The Educational Toll Fund is a program designed to assist students commuting across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel (CBBT) for the purpose of furthering their post-secondary education. Students are reimbursed on a retroactive basis depending on the toll incurred.
