Wayne Bell, Jr. owned and operated Therapeutic Interventions, Inc. (a mental health counseling company) from 2008-2018 where he was the driving force behind daily operations.
A strategic thinker, he played an active role in the design of the company programs and its initiatives. He also served as the Director of Operations and managed Human Resources for the agency, where recruitment, retention and high-quality performance were key factors in the strategic plan for the company’s success.
Based on his leadership and ability to problem solve, he was asked to serve as CEO of an early education and childcare facility, Children’s Harbor with their new Eastern Shore location in Onancock. Children’s Harbor provides quality care and education to children in the Hampton Roads area and now the Eastern Shore.
