Entrance Fees

• ESCC Students, Faculty, Staff & all players under age 18: $10
• $15 for the rest of the chess playing public
• Payment is cash only and payable only at Check-in (see “Schedule” below)

Registration

• Email Christina (cduffman@es.vccs.edu) or Ralph Lopez (execdir@easternshorechess.org)
• USCF Membership Required  sign up at new.uschess.org
• Deadline: 10 pm on 3/27 (the night before)
• Late Registration available at the door for an additional $10 (all players)

Prizes

• Quad format – three rounds total (# of quads depends on # of entries)
• 1st Place for each quad: $50, 2nd Place: $25
• Swiss format (only if necessary) will add a 3^rd Place prize of $10

Schedule

• 8:30 am – 9:10 am: Check-in and Late Registration
• Round 1 starts promptly at 9:30 am, Round 2 at 1:00 pm, Round 3 at 3:30 pm
• 11:45am – 12:50 pm: Lunch Break
• Food truck may be available, info on local eating places will be provided
