Business Office Liaison
The Business Office Liaison will provide support for students and employees of ESCC in the ESCC Business Office. This position is responsible for working with SSC to process payrolls for college personnel along with related reconciliation and reporting activities and working with SSC to update and maintain all employee information in the Commonwealth of Virginia payroll system. This position also serves as cashier for receiving and posting all revenues and compiling daily cash settlement reports with preparation of corresponding deposits.
Other fiscal activities performed include posting federal receipts and disbursements to automated accounting system; working with TCC on preparation of financial aid reconciliation and disbursement of awards; accounts receivable billings for tuition and fees; daily printing and distribution of various reports from SIS and AIS, and records management.

Financial Specialist (Part-time)
The part-time Financial Specialist will be responsible for managing the fiscal operations of the Adult Education program, including tracking and reporting of more than eight state and federal grants. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting using both ESCC’s financial systems and the Virginia Department of Education’s OMEGA platform.
- Work with the Regional Adult Education Program Manager to ensure proper oversight of all fiscal aspects of the Adult Education program, including compliance with local, state, federal, and ESCC-specific financial regulations.
- Establish and maintain accurate financial records for all Adult Education grants.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly financial reports.
- Create and process necessary budget amendments in ESCC’s financial system and the VDOE OMEGA system.
- Ensure the integrity of all financial, accounting, and budget records.
- Monitor grant spending to ensure funds are used appropriately and fully by the end of each grant cycle.
- Provide timely, accurate, and detailed financial reports as required.

Industrial Technology Adjunct
Adjunct faculty members are responsible for effectively planning and teaching courses in a classroom environment to students with a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences. All faculty members must be skilled in oral and written communications and must be able to work cooperatively with other staff members.

Workforce Services is looking for an adjunct to teach a series of hospitality-related credentials leading to the AHLEI Certified Hospitality Manager certification. Work experience in lodging and/or food service management needed.
