The enrollment verification form is used for students that need to verify their enrollment with ESCC for insurance company discounts, employer work schedules, etc. This form should be completed, signed, and given to the Registrar’s office for processing purposes. The completed verification may be mailed to a third party, mailed to the student, or picked-up by the student.
