Regional Job and Career Fair Wednesday at Workforce Development Services

Every career begins with a job, and on Wednesday April 11th, Eastern Shore Community College will help provide that next step with the Accomack-Northampton Regional Job Fair from 10am-1pm at the Workforce Development Center in Melfa.  Presented in partnership with the Eastern Shore of Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Northampton County and Chincoteague Chambers, and the Virginia Employment Commission, this fair offers the unique opportunity to meet top Eastern Shore employers in the same location. There will be more than 40 employers participating from all over Delmarva and Hampton Roads, promoting a number of job opportunities.
Some of the participating exhibitors at the Job Fair will include E.S. Association of Realtors, Family Preservation Services Inc., Accomack County Department of Public Safety, Northampton County, Bay Partners, Accomack County Department of Social Services, E.S. Rural Health, Tyson Foods, C&E Farms, Avon, Mary Kay, Sysco, Riverside Health Services, East Coast Migrant Head Start Project, Division of Rehabilitative Services, Cherrystone Campground, E.S. Community Services Board, Accomack County Public Schools, ESO Arts Center, VA Department of Agriculture Inspection Station, Baxter Enterprises, Delaware Elevator, Kiptopeake State Park, Perdue Foods, Walmart, Chesapeake Bay KOA/Sunset Beach, Eastern Correctional Institution, Fujifilm Wako Chemicals, Virginia Army National Guard, Northampton County Public Schools, Heritage Hall, Royal Farms, Briggs Home Health Agency, Coldwell Banker, Oyster Farm, Kiptopeake Inn, Peacock Motel, Cape Charles Brewing Company, LifeVantage, Virginia Employment Commission, and Eastern Shore Community College.
