Non-Credit Adjunct Instructors


ESCC’s Workforce Development Services unit is seeking applications for Non-Credit Adjunct Instructors to teach and/or develop courses in the following areas:

PVC Plumbing, Basic Welding, Small Engine Repair, Health Care, Spanish Language, and OSHA Certifications.  This position reports to the Dean of Workforce Development and is responsible for improving courses, instructing courses consistent with syllabi, evaluate student learning and foster student success.

Required Qualifications

All non-credited adjunct instructors must have a bachelor’s degree in the field/discipline and be credentialed in the field / discipline taught; or an equivalent combination of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior teaching experience desirable, along with strong communication skills, experience assessing classes and classroom management skills.
