CompTIA IT Fundamentals Plus is a FastForward workforce class offering students a fast-track to a recognized credential in the IT world. This class helps the learner decide if a career in IT is right for them, while also helping develop a broader understanding of IT. It is the only single certification that covers all areas of IT foundations. It’s also ideal for recent high school grads interested in pursuing an IT degree.
As a FastForward program, two-thirds of the course cost is paid by the Commonwealth of Virginia, and significant financial aid is available to help students pay for their one-third responsibility. For more info, email workforce@es.vccs.edu
