The Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees are designed to provide the freshman and sophomore years of the bachelor's degree. The curriculum includes the English, history, mathematics, lab science, and social science courses necessary for transfer to a four-year, degree-granting institution.
Students may choose a specialization which prepares them for their future baccalaureate majors.
