Invitation to Artists and Crafters For Heritage Celebration 2017

Category: Community, Students

Eastern Shore Community College would like to invite you to join us for the 16th Annual Heritage Celebration on Saturday, February 25th 2017.  Your participation will certainly add to a broad and varied offering of arts, crafts, demonstrations, exhibits, children’s activities, live music, food, and more.
We are excited to continue our collaboration with the many talents of the Shore and the region, and offer a growing and diverse attraction that represents the area’s rich heritage. We do encourage participants to demonstrate their work, along with their displays and presentations.

ESCC offers you space free of charge, on a first come, first serve basis.  We host participants in both the Workforce Development Services building, and our main building on campus.  We will offer enticements to ensure visitors travel the entire outlay of the celebration, such as the return of our “Heritage Sampler Scavenger Hunt”.  This was a big success last year, and we feel it helped create an even flow of traffic in both buildings.

We once again request that participants please donate an item for the sampler, that represents your participation in the festival.  These items are organized into several groupings and displayed in the main building.  In order to gain entry in the sampler giveaways, visitors will have to answer a series of questions based on displays and participation in both buildings.  We’d appreciate you informing us of what you intend to contribute with your registration, as it helps to promote the event (and you).

Please complete and return the below form to the college. The deadline to register is February 1st.  Address, fax, and email information is included at the bottom of your registration form.

Feel free to call (757-789-1797) or email with any questions, and thank you for participating!
