This program allows ESCC students and faculty to visit and check out materials from Consortium libraries.

VIVA, a consortium of 39 state-assisted, 32 independent, non-profit Virginia colleges and universities, and the Library of Virginia, provides enhanced online access to library and information resources and an efficient interlibrary loan system. ESCC has cooperative learning agreements with two Maryland universities: Salisbury University and University of Maryland – Eastern Shore in Princess Anne.
