IT Help Desk

Eastern Shore Community College's Information Technology Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m.  We use a ticket system to provide timely help with your questions (please see below for non-IT related questions). 

To use this system, you must be a registered user, which is a simple step: just click the link in the right-hand column.  Students, Faculty, Staff and local residents may register.

If you are already a registered user, you may access the Help Desk by logging in using the login box in the right-hand column.

Before you access the Help Desk, please be sure that you have checked the list of our Frequently Asked Questions.  Many of our most common questions are already answered there and you can easily find what you need faster than using the ticket system.

If you are having technical problems and need on-site assistance, call us during our normal hours . You may also leave a voice mail message during evening hours.  Our Help Desk staff will contact you as soon as possible on the next business day.

The Help Desk is not open on weekends, so please contact the Information Technology Office as soon as possible when you need assistance.
